Junior Corporate Sales Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation:
Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and drive sales.
Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
Utilize CRM and other sales tools to manage and track leads.

2. Sales Process Management:
Present and explain product/service features and benefits to potential customers.
Conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations over the phone and via digital channels.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner.

3. Relationship Building & Communication:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Maintain detailed notes on client interactions.

4. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and forecasts.
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly Key performance indicators.

5. Product Knowledge:
Maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding all company products and services.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
