Junior Corporate Sales Manager Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Responsible for P&L for Employee transportation and Spot Rental business
2. Increase the revenue & achieve the Sales Target on a monthly basis
3. Drive Sales & sales team to achieve the goal.
4. Client Management and relationship development.
5. Guide the team for optimization of resources and enhancement of the customer's experience.
6. Train and motivate the employees.
7. Ensure adherence to company policy with respect to clients and employees.
8. Compliance with statutory obligations, law of the land, and business processes.
9. Ensure client retention and manage to maintain vehicle attrition.
10. Randomly audit the Operations at each site to ensure process adherence & business continuity through preparedness for any eventuality.
11. Maintain various reports and provide them to the management on time.
12. Ensure billing is made as per set guidelines & keep proper track of collections.
13. Ensure to collect all bills within the stipulated period.
14. Function strategically and tactically to dominate the logistic space.
15. Mentor the team with a positive attitude and ensure they achieve desired targets.
16. Weekly and monthly review and performance monitoring of sales & operations.
