What Youll Do:
Research & Insights: Collaborate with the product team to uncover actionable customer behavior insights and translate them into effective experiments to enhance webshop performance.
Experiment Management: Drive experiments from start to finish, including scoping ideas, aligning designs with objectives, real-time monitoring, analyzing results, and proposing follow-up actions.
CRO Process Optimization: Innovate and enhance the CRO process to improve efficiency and the quality of outcomes, while promoting a culture of experimentation across teams.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders updated on experiment progress, timelines, results, and next steps.
Team Leadership & Support: Mentor CRO specialists and support team members in overcoming challenges, fostering professional growth.
Global Team Collaboration: Work effectively across different cultures, languages, and time zones with teams in the Netherlands, Romania, and India.

What You Bring to the Table:

Strong analytical skills to drive data-backed decisions.
A collaborative, team-player personality with excellent communication skills.
Educational Background: Marketing or related field.
Technical Expertise:Experience with CRO and A/B testing.Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).Knowledge of REGEX.Basics of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Bonus Skills: Previous experience in e-commerce.
