Junior Customer Service Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide accurate and complete information
2. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure the resolution
5. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
6. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
7. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
8. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
9. Take the extra mile to engage customers
10. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner

Requirements:

1. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
2. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
5. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
6. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
8. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
9. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure
