Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and Scheduling:

- Maintain a dispatch schedule and ensure it is followed.
2. Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for drivers and clients regarding dispatch-related inquiries.
- Provide real-time updates to clients on delivery statuses.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities.
- Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete and filed correctly.

4. Problem Resolution:
- Handle any issues or emergencies that arise during the dispatch process.
- Work to resolve any customer complaints or delivery problems.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to find solutions to dispatch-related challenges.
5. Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure all dispatch activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols for drivers and vehicles.
