1. Managing Events - Coordinate all operations, supervise the staff, ensure the event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur, and approve all aspects before the day of the event
2. Administrative Work- Documentation, attending to phone, email, and calendar management, internal communications, preparing reports, maintaining office equipment and office supplies, and some human resources functions
3. Travel - 20%-25% of travel which can be pan India
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
