Junior Finance Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Engage with the clients regularly and conduct their portfolio reviews
2. Understand the client's goals, aims, and aspirations and ensure his investment strategy is aligned with them
3. Monitor financial market trends to ensure that plans are effective, and to identify any necessary updates
4. Prepare and interpret client information such as investment performance reports, financial documents, summaries, and income projections
5. Explain the concept of financial planning to clients and work closely with clients for the creation and implementation of their financial plans
6. Manage their emotions across different market cycles and help them avoid behavioral mistakes
7. Handhold clients throughout their investment journey
8. Help the clients with all their financial needs/requirements
9. Acquire new clients through referrals from existing clients, as well as lead generation and prospecting
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the 'voice of the client' is recognized and changes are made internally to accommodate them
