Junior Full Stack Developer Job

We are an IT augmentation and website/mobile application development company. We are looking for a skilled, passionate, and highly motivated MERN stack developer who can flawlessly work on end-to-end development in the MERN stack (Mongo-Express-React-Node). The main focus will be on server-side programming with Node.js and working with different databases like SQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc. A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, sophisticated design, and quality products is essential.

Key responsibilities:

1. Build web applications, platforms, and digital experiences for enterprises and consumers using the MERN stack
2. Work closely with the designers, technical architects, and product/business counterparts
3. Be responsible for the code quality, ensure adherence to the delivery schedule and secure programming practices
4. Create unit and integration tests to ensure the quality of code
5. Ensure that the development processes, architecture, and standards are followed
6. Anticipate challenges and take required corrective measures

Requirements and skills:

1. Work experience as a full stack developer with Node.js, ReactJS, MongoDB/MySQL
2. Experience in building responsive and seamless frontends using ReactJS
3. Experience in building REST APIs with Node.js and consuming them using ReactJS
4. Experience handling complex code structures and architect them
5. Good understanding of algorithms and data structures
6. Should have curiosity about engineering and JavaScript - how things work, what's new and in general, spend a reasonable amount of time incrementing your skills
7. Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest is a plus
8. Knowledge of CI/CD
9. Knowledge of Next.js and AWS is a plus
10. Good team-handling skills with technical coaching and mentoring
11. Ability to learn different technologies or stacks within a short period and complete tasks promptly
