Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 10%
3. Other incentives: 10%

A. The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. This candidate will have some experience in working with different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
