We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create compelling marketing communication, social media creatives, and visual brand identities. We re looking for someone who will help our brands expand their digital footprint and drive more value through design. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines. Preference will be given to those with a strong portfolio, bachelor s degree and relevant work experience.
Key responsibilities :
1. Design projects for both print and digital media
2. Work collaboratively with creative directors and content writers
3. Understand business objectives and proactively contribute to designing ideas
4. Develop a high level of understanding of brief requirements, communication strategy & clients' perspective
5. Work on the execution of campaigns along with team members
6. Provide designs for digital, offline & social media campaigns and other digital communication collateral
7. Develop the visual tone and messages that will shape the most effective communication for the concerned brand
8. Work in a fast-paced team environment and juggle multiple projects at once
Requirements:
1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a design/creative firm
2. A bachelor s degree in graphic design
3. Mastery of Photoshop, and Illustrator
4. Ability to work on tight schedules
5. Basic knowledge of After Effects is an added bonus
6. Able to naturally funnel constructive criticism into new ideas
