Junior Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Design visually compelling brochures, visiting cards, business cards, birthday cards, and promotional materials
2. Create and design social media graphics to support marketing campaigns
3. Assist the operations team by designing cover letters, CVs, and other client-related documents
4. Develop infographics and other visual aids to enhance marketing content
5. Maintain and update the company's visual assets and templates
6. Produce and edit engaging videos for marketing efforts on social media platforms
7. Work with the marketing team to develop video content aligned with brand goals
8. Ensure all designs and video content adhere to the company's brand guidelines
9. Maintain a consistent look and feel across all materials
10. Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations departments to deliver effective design solutions
11. Experiment with new design techniques and software to improve work quality
12. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
13. Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects
14. Enhance the brand's visual presence on social media
15. Monitor and analyze social media trends to keep designs relevant and engaging
16. Collaborate with the social media team to develop creative strategies

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer and video editor with a strong portfolio
2. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects)
3. Strong creativity and attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
6. Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
7. Basic understanding of SEO principles and familiarity with Google AdWords
8. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred but not required)
9. Ability to translate marketing objectives into visually appealing designs
10. Strong organizational and time management skills
