Junior HR Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle end-to-end recruitment process (Internal/External)
2. Understand client requirements, plan, and schedule recruitment roadmaps to achieve targets
3. Manage the entire recruitment cycle, including searching and sourcing potential candidates
4. Utilize web recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) effectively
5. Shortlist resumes by evaluating candidates' communication, presentation, and technical skills based on client requirements
6. Maintain trackers/MIS of candidates and update their status regularly
7. Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure end-to-end follow-up throughout the hiring process
8. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on interviews, offers made, and candidate onboarding
9. Oversee the recruitment process from initial resume screening to candidate onboarding
