3. Work on all HR jobs such as making and floating offer letters
4. Design and update job descriptions
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms and provide them to the concerned department heads
6. Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally
7. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
8. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
9. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events
