Junior Human Resources (HR) Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintaining/updating recruitment tracker in Excel
2. Coordinating with the HR team and creating small creative as per job description
3. Coordinating with the marketing team for job posting on social media platforms and job portals
4. Managing HR activities like interviews, and other schedules and coordinating with consultancies for the same
5. Assisting the recruitment process by screening c vs and shortlisting candidates
6. Managing the joining formalities and handling the orientation & induction of new employees
7. Preparing of offer letter and other letters and documentation process
8. Working on background verification of the new joinee manager level
9. Coordinating with the sales coordinator and support for the monthly sales data to release the monthly sales incentive
10. Coordinating with different colleges for summer internship
11. Helping in other HR operations
