1. Draft and review documentation including contracts, plaints, writs, and legal
2. Work on notices, correspondences, and other official communications
3. Attend hearings and conferences with counsels
4. Undertake legal research and writing including research articles, newsletters, etc.
5. Prepare MIS for various matters
6. Provide execution and record-keeping support
Key areas of work:
1. Civil and criminal litigation
2. Consumer litigation
3. Corporate-commercial litigation, advisory, and arbitrations
4. Contractual and start-up advisory
5. Statutory and regulatory compliance, advisory and litigation
6. Special legislation like insurance laws, data protection, privacy laws, digital media regulations and co-operative societies and cooperative societies election bye-laws, etc.
7. Conduct research on insurance law and prepare a detailed report on the legal restructuring of the insurance telecaller companies and the roles and responsibilities of telecaller, insurance agents, and insurance broker firm
8. Summarize the case studies
9. Prepare brief notes on the cases
10. File management
11. Filling of lawsuits
12. Coordination with investigation authorities
Requirements:
1. Experience: Fresher
2. Be knowledgeable of the basic laws
3. Be proactive, and hardworking
4. Should take initiative, and be quick to grasp concepts/issues
5. Have a degree in law from a reputed institution
6. Have strong communication, drafting, and analytical skills
7. Drafting, research, communication, Microsoft Office, administrative assistance, etc.
8. Are available for full-time (10:00- 6:00)
9. Comfortable in a desk job
10. Located in Noida or a nearby location and comfortable commuting to Noida

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 /month
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
