We are primarily a litigation office with constitutional writs, civil criminal, property matters, etc. for the Hon ble High Court and subordinate courts that deal primarily with criminal and civil litigation. This is a full-time on-site position as a junior advocate at the offices of P. Vishnuvardhan Reddy which is in Hyderabad.
Key responsibilities:
1. Conducting legal research
2. Drafting and reviewing contracts
3. Assisting with legal documentation and filings
4. Giving support to the legal team
5. Working with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal standards and provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of topics
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor s degree in law from a recognized law school
2. Strong ability to understand legal principles and regulations
3. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks to attention to details
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in language and typing of petitions
7. Proficiency in legal research tools, MS Office, Excel
8. Prior experience would be an added advantage
