About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research, track, maintain and update leads
2. Make outgoing calls to candidates and convert them for enrollment
3. Contact prospects candidates to qualify leads and get candidates for training onboard
4. Coordinate with candidates for fee payment, sending payment confirmation and fee receipts to them
5. Follow up for pending payments
6. Coordinate with trainers and prepare the training calendar

Note: The applicants have to come to the office once or twice a week, and they can work from home for the rest of the week.

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%
