Junior Lead Generation Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Research, analyze, build, and track a database of B2B prospects and leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Seamless.ai, HubSpot, etc.
2. Build and maintain lists for Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) based on defined firmographic, environmental, and behavioral attributes of accounts expected to become the company's most valuable customers
3. Regularly update and enrich the prospect lists database for better data visibility, to be used by Account Executives for cold calling
4. Build email lists from the prospects database for the Email Marketing Specialist for email campaigns
5. Access databases like Crunchbase Pro to find information about new startups, recent funding, and company details to help target the right prospects
6. Create and optimize LinkedIn profiles to increase visibility and engagement with potential leads

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in a similar role building B2B prospect lists and maintaining & enriching lead databases, preferably in the software services industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Software, or a related field
3. Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo.io, Seamless.ai, Rapportive Extension, Zoominfo.com, Hunter.io, Data.com, Angel.co, Crunchbase Pro, and Mailtester.com, etc.
4. Experience in Data Extraction, Generating leads via email and LinkedIn
5. Good understanding of software services. Prior experience in the IT industry will be a huge plus
