Junior Lead Generation Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide support services via inbound and/or outbound calls
2. Communicate with visitors/customers via inbound calls to assist with inquiries and resolve issues
3. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information
4. Access the company's internal system and enter customer information for respective team members
5. Meet job requirements, including a graduate degree from any stream
6. Have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service (voice)
7. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
8. Possess experience in customer service (voice)
9. Be flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
