Junior Lead Generation Specialist Job

As a Jr. Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients through digital ads, email campaigns, and webinars. You will work with tools like Apollo.io for prospecting and GlassHive for marketing automation to optimize lead generation efforts.

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute lead generation strategies using Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn Ads.
2. Leverage Apollo.io to build targeted prospect lists and track buying intent signals.
3. Manage and optimize email campaigns through GlassHive, ensuring engagement and conversion.
4. Coordinate and promote webinars as part of the sales funnel, driving qualified leads to book appointments.
5. Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven optimizations.
6. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
7. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices in cybersecurity lead generation.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the B2B cybersecurity or IT services industry.
2. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation.
3. Hands-on experience with Apollo.io (prospecting, list building, buying intent tracking).
4. Familiarity with GlassHive or similar marketing automation platforms.
5. Experience in running and promoting webinars to attract and convert leads.
6. Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize performance for better conversion rates.
7. Excellent communication and copywriting skills for email and ad campaigns.
8. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
