About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute CRM and PR strategies to meet business objectives
2. Manage the customer relationship management and PR team
3. Ensure the CRM system meets the needs of various departments within the organization
4. Monitor and report on CRM performance
5. Customize and configure the CRM system to meet business requirements
6. Manage user access and security settings
7. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to users
8. Coordinate with IT for system updates and maintenance
9. Work with senior leadership to understand organizational objectives
10. Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies
11. Identify key messages and communication themes
12. Develop and maintain brand guidelines
13. Monitor media coverage for brand mentions
14. Work with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
15. Allocate resources efficiently for various PR initiatives
16. Negotiate and manage contracts with external PR agencies
17. Monitor spending and report on budget performance
