Junior Media & Public Relations (PR) Associate Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute PR & marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and reputation for both the company and its clients.
2. Manage social media and communications in collaboration with the creative team to ensure consistent brand messaging.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, media, and influencers to enhance public visibility.
4. Handle media inquiries and communication queries promptly and professionally.
5. Coordinate events, product launches, and press tours, ensuring smooth execution and maximum exposure.
6. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align strategies and messaging across all platforms.
7. Prepare speeches, talking points, and communication materials for management and campaigns.
8. Manage crisis communications to protect and maintain the brand's reputation during sensitive situations.
9. Track and report on PR campaign performance using metrics and tools, continuously refining strategies for better results.
10. Provide administrative support to management by scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel.
11. Oversee internal and external communications related to executive activities and key initiatives.
