Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop initial concepts and collaborate with creative and art directors.
2. Maintain quality control to assure that all work meets the highest possible standards.
3. Vigilantly seek to optimize group resources, both equipment and personnel.
4. Foster a positive team atmosphere and establish credibility, both internally and externally.
5. Continuously explore cutting-edge, current, and unique production processes and procedures.
6. Provide constructive and direct ongoing feedback.
7. Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor.
8. Develop knowledge of account and creative teams' processes and procedures and the people involved and interact appropriately.
9. Uphold quality standards in servicing the account and creative teams, and ultimately the client.

Adobe After Effects Adobe Flash Animation Video Editing Video Making

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Video Editing

Learn Animation

Learn Adobe After Effects

Other requirements

1. Fantastic communication and team skills.

2. A good level of technical competency.

3. Great attention to detail and creative mindset.

4. Demonstrated ability to establish priorities while handling multiple projects.

5. Embody service-oriented attitude.

6. Candidate should be well versed with Flash, Adobe Premiere, After Effects.

7. Project a professional, positive attitude and image.

8. Added knowledge in 3D animation is beneficial.

9. Any additional knowledge of software is always welcome.

Salary
