Junior Motion Graphics Associate Job

1. Proficient in Design Software: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Cinema 4D, and similar tools.

2. Strong Animation Skills: Understanding of keyframing, timing, easing, and other animation principles.

3. Video Editing: Basic to advanced video editing skills, including color correction, audio syncing, and cutting for flow.

4. Creative & Conceptual Thinking: Ability to generate unique visual concepts and bring them to life through motion.

5. Understanding of Typography: Skill in integrating text and type effectively within motion design.

6. 3D Modeling & Animation (optional but beneficial): Experience with 3D software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) for 3D animation.

7. Storytelling & Visual Communication: Ability to convey complex ideas visually and emotionally through motion design.

8. Attention to Detail: Precision in timing, design, and transitions to create polished and high-quality outputs.

9. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and overcome creative and technical challenges.

10. Collaboration & Communication: Work well with teams, taking feedback and ensuring design consistency.
