About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Catering to internal as well as external video editing needs.
2. Ensuring consistent delivery of quality work on committed turnaround time while following brand guidelines.
3. Understanding the client requirements and completing the end-to-end execution of the project.
4. Research and keep up to date on competitors' work and new trends.
5. Coordinate with the necessary internal teams (account management and creative) before finalizing the edits.
6. Brainstorming and ideation sessions with the video producers and creative teams.
7. Work with the video producers, video animators, and creative teams closely.
8. Work on the post-production part of the project.
9. Creating strong case studies of WRM campaigns.
10. Participate in training programs and workshops to develop skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
11. Inculcating plugin in the task list.

What you must have:

1. 1-2.5 years of experience in Video Editing and Motion Graphics.

2. Experience working in an agency.

3. Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

4. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and good interpersonal and communication skills.

5. Expertise in editing promos, audio mixing, and color grading.

6. Flexibility in work hours.

7. Open to work on weekends.

8. Ability to multitask and work on projects simultaneously.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,60,000 /year
