About the job
Motion graphics artists are responsible for the creative process at different stages. Conceptualization, storyboarding, animating, and editing.

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit raw footage content for producing film and video
2. Perform video and audio editing based on story sequence and continuity
3. Use creativity techniques in designing graphics
4. Work closely with producers and directors during production
5. Create the voiceover text and other commentary for the video
6. Cut video sequences effectively to ensure the scenes are seamless and flow logically
7. Review the script to better understand the video production requirements
8. Perform all editing work including inserting music, sound effects, storyboarding, etc.
9. Prepare a logical storyboard by combination of the most effective scenes

Who can apply:

1. Software knowledge - Premier Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, C4D (advantage)
2. An understanding of animation
3. 3D design skills
4. An understanding of typography and color theory
5. Creative thinking and technical skills

Adobe After Effects Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe Premiere Pro
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 2 - 2.1 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
