1. Develop and implement new Odoo features as per client requirements
2. Help maintain existing projects and debug issues
3. Clearly and regularly communicate with the team and seniors
4. Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
5. Recommend improvements to existing software programs as necessary

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 12%

3. Other incentives: 8%
