Who are we looking for?

We are looking to hire a go-getter in the placement vertical of SkilloVilla. You will
be responsible for driving the operational elements of the placement process &
also will be in charge of all the outbound and inbound communication (both
written and oral) with the certified candidates eligible for placements.

Key responsibilities:

Own, drive and streamline all the placement related communication and
operational activities for the candidates of SkilloVilla
Directly interact with candidates as necessary by phone, email or messages
to intimate them about new job opportunities, collect feedback on interviews,
provide them with company's feedback, and resolve their queries/doubts
Own and drive the operational elements of the placement process (Resume
building, Assignments, Mock interviews)
Act as a liaison between the placement core team and the candidates to
ensure a smooth placement experience for all stakeholders
Act as a liaison between the placement core team and the curriculum team to
ensure smooth running of the established processes
Counsel candidates on suitability of job opportunities, career building and
future prospects
