Junior Operations Associate Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Order Processing and Operations Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. The role involves handling daily order processing, updating inventory in the software, and ensuring timely shipments for our e-commerce operations. Sunday working is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and manage online orders across platforms
2. Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams for order fulfillment
3. Ensure accurate inventory records and stock updates
4. Provide excellent customer support for order-related queries

Requirements:

1. Strong high school math and analytical skills
2. 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce order processing
3. 1-2 years experience in inventory management
4. Familiarity with Amazon and Flipkart order processing is a plus
5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
6. Ability to work out of the Factory as well as in the corporate office as needed.
7. Willingness to work on Sundays
