About the job

Key responsibilities:

1) Order Management: Process and track delivery orders and purchase orders efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely entry of orders into the system.
2) Credit Limit Checks: Conduct credit limit checks for new and existing customers to mitigate financial risk.
3) Data Entry: Perform day-to-day data entries related to commercial transactions, including updating records and maintaining databases.
4) Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external clients. Address inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and accounts.
5) Documentation: Prepare and manage documentation related to orders, payments, and other commercial activities.
6) Reporting: Assist in generating reports related to order status, inventory levels, and financial data as needed.
