About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Download renewal notices & Dump and share with respective regions via email
2. Share Renewal Data For Calling: Update contact numbers, prepare calling data, and share it with the calling team. Take follow-up with calling remarks
3. Suspense Data Mapping: Download suspense data and map it as per last year's records. Send it to the mapping team
4. Renewal Payment Link: Share payment links with Clients, POS, and RM as per requirements
5. Update Renewal MIS: Follow up with regions and companies for renewal status and update in our records
6. Update Renewal Data For Payout: Release payouts every month
7. Endorsement for Health: Follow up with Insurer RM via email and using partner portal
8. PAN INDIA QUERIES: Share Renewal Quotation and policy PDF as per PAN INDIA requirement
9. Others: Perform other activities as requested by seniors
