Junior Operations Associate Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize various job boards, networks, and social media platforms to advertise open positions
2. Proactively search for potential candidates and build a talent pipeline for future needs
3. Schedule interviews between astrologers and operation managers
4. Ensure timely communication with astrologers, providing feedback and status updates
5. Assist in the preparation of offer letters and other documentation
6. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires
7. Foster relationships with past applicants for potential future opportunities
8. Build and maintain relationships with external institutes, colleges, and other potential sources of astrologers

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
2. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Strong decision-making skills
