As a junior operations executive at Yana Industries LLP, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our operations related to Food. We are looking for someone who is well-versed in production practices, inventory management, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) practices and is passionate about driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Working on day to day operations & production planning
2. Following SoP's and establishing new SoP's
3. Working on inventory management
4. Conducting regular quality inspections and audits to identify any issues or areas for improvement in our processes
5. Developing and implementing quality control measures to uphold the highest standards in our operations
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address Inventory management, quality concerns and implement corrective actions
7. Analyzing data and performance metrics to track the effectiveness of production, QA/QC initiatives
6. Training and mentoring junior team members on daily best practices and procedures
7. Participating in root cause analysis and problem-solving to prevent production/quality issues from recurring
8. Coordinating with external labs, agencies, certifying bodies
