Junior Operations Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Collect data from various departments (production, sales, finance) to create a centralized database for informed decision-making
2. Prepare detailed operational reports, including performance metrics and trend analysis, for management review
3. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems by regularly updating information and resolving data discrepancies
4. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven solutions
5. Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
6. Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and reporting procedures
7. Coordinate and schedule meetings for the CEO and team members, including preparing agendas and distributing meeting minutes
8. Act as a point of contact between departments to facilitate smooth information flow and resolve operational issues
9. Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows
10. Provide administrative support to the CEO and team members, including managing correspondence and handling inquiries
11. Support cross-functional teams in project initiatives related to cost-cutting, material planning, and vendor management
12. Monitor and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines
13. Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking
14. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies
15. Assist in the material planning process, including forecasting demand and managing inventory levels
16. Track and manage inventory movements, ensuring accurate record-keeping and minimizing losses
17. Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and reduce carrying costs
18. Support the supply chain coordination process by liaising with logistics providers and monitoring shipment schedules
19. Ensure all operations adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
20. Oversee day-to-day accounts operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions and records
21. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, including reconciliations and variance analysis
22. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
23. Support the implementation of internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud
24. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all financial transactions
