Junior Operations Executive Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all bookings, payments, and add-ons through the Hudle App
2. Greet and interact with customers, answering their queries and fostering a positive environment at the sports facility
3. Take responsibility for the infrastructure readiness of the sports facility and report to the Venue Manager in a timely manner
4. Collaborate with the team to ensure maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring hygiene standards and functionality of utilities (water, electricity, washroom, CCTV, changing rooms, vending machines, and playing areas)
5. Develop expertise in operational tools, ensuring accurate reporting of bookings in the Hudle App, Connecteam, and Slack
6. Oversee the proper installation of branding and signage to enhance the facility's ambiance
7. Ensure all necessary equipment is readily available for customers
8. Collaborate with managers to implement and adhere to facility policies
9. Represent Hudle with high ownership, integrity, and professionalism
