Junior Operations Executive Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website & Digital Asset Management
-Monitor website content (images, descriptions, pricing) and report discrepancies.
-Coordinate with developers to rectify website errors and update information.
-Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

2. OTA Listings & Vendor Coordination
-Oversee listings on Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) like Booking.com, Airbnb, and MakeMyTrip.
-Communicate with OTA vendors to resolve listing errors, update inventory, and optimize content.
-Track the performance of listings and suggest improvements.

3. Vendor & Partner Management
-Follow up with vendors (suppliers, service providers) for task completion.
-Ensure timely execution of deliverables and maintain documentation.
-Troubleshoot issues with external partners and find resolutions efficiently.

4. Task Follow-Ups & Reporting
-Maintain a checklist of assigned tasks and follow up for completion.
-Provide regular reports to management on pending and completed tasks.
-Ensure smooth coordination between teams for seamless execution.
