About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handling all official email communications and documents exchange
2. Converting paper documents into Excel data and digital upload
3. Creating proper workflow and archival history of all documents
4. Handling invoices and basic ledgers
5. Working on MIS, data mining, and research
6. Maintaining day to day ledgers & accounts
7. Doing R&D on clients and created Info memo using AI tools
8. Prospecting, lead generation & client calling
