Junior Operations Manager Job

As a Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the library, including coordinating staff schedules and managing workflow
2. Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of library materials, including books and other resources
3. Assisting in the development and implementation of operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer service
4. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
5. Representing the library at various events and meetings to promote our services and engage with the community
