2. Manage event timelines and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
3. Oversee the hiring and training of event staff to ensure quality service delivery.
4. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure they are met.
5. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our event operations.
