1. Process policy documents, monitor policy schedules, and update policy renewal statuses
2. Prepare application and administrative documents for submission
3. Handle and provide case management for clients' insurance applications
4. Analyze and improve operational processes and systems; manage budgets, resources, and inventory; evaluate and report on operational performance and metrics
5. Maintain business MIS and accounts
6. Knowledge of GST, Tally, and TDS is an added advantage
