Junior Operations Manager Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Communication Management: Handle calls, emails, and inquiries from stakeholders, escalating issues when necessary.
2. Internal Coordination: Collaborate across departments, provide updates, and assist in project and event planning.
3. Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Manage orders, deliveries, and relationships with vendors; negotiate contracts and ensure timely procurement.
4. Social Media Management: Oversee social media accounts, create and schedule content, and track engagement.
5. Administrative Support: Provide reports, presentations, and assist with scheduling and event coordination.
6. Data Management: Maintain records, track KPIs, and improve operational processes.
7. Problem Solving: Resolve day-to-day operational issues and work with teams to find solutions.
8. Sustainability Research & Development: Research and integrate sustainability practices into operations.
9. Partnership & Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with partners, driving growth and collaboration.
10. Hiring & Training: Recruit, onboard, and develop training programs for branch employees, ensuring productivity and skill growth.
