As a junior operations specialist at experiences digital, your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for someone with proficiency in MS-Office and strong spoken English skills to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily e-commerce operations: Manage the end-to-end e-commerce process, including order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
2. Inventory Management: Ensure accurate inventory levels, oversee stock replenishment, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
3. Logistics Coordination: Work closely with shipping partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers.
4. Assist in Digital Signage Projects: Support the planning, execution, and maintenance of digital signage installations across various locations.
5. Content Management: Coordinate with the content team to update and manage digital signage content, ensuring it aligns with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
6. Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for digital signage systems and liaise with technical teams to resolve any issues.
