Junior Operations Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage order and inventory, ensuring smooth processing of Shopify orders and maintaining stock levels
2. Coordinate with manufacturers and logistics partners for timely delivery
3. Oversee customer service, handling queries, returns, and ensuring excellent service
4. Supervise a small team responsible for packaging, dispatch, and store operations
5. Optimize processes for efficiency in supply chain, payments, and order tracking
6. Provide basic marketing and sales support by collaborating with the marketing team to implement campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

1. 1+ years of experience in e-commerce, operations, or business management
2. Strong knowledge of Shopify, logistics, and vendor management
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks and scale operations smoothly
