Key responsibilities:

1. Operate the equipment efficiently without error and deviation as per SOP to meet shift targets
2. Provide suggestions for the optimization of processes to manufacture quality products
3. Execute and update online documentation to meet current cGMP requirements
4. Deliver training to workmen and ensure adherence to cGMP and safety guidelines in the production process to facilitate smooth operations
