Junior Psychologist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Evaluate mental and emotional disorders and provide counseling, psychotherapy, and follow-up care to adults
2. Formulate treatment plans and provide referrals to other mental health professionals based on assessments
3. Provide crisis intervention in situations requiring immediate psychological treatment
4. Participate in educational programs, in-service meetings, clinician meetings, and workshops to enhance professional development
5. Instruct and direct students serving psychological internships
6. Develop and implement non-clinical research programs and studies
7. Develop, manage, and implement mental health projects in collaboration with other professionals
8. Maintain a social and medical profile on the Internet and different social media platforms
9. Attend and participate in peer supervision and continuous learning
10. Evaluate future potential psychologists entering the ecosystem
11. Consult with other therapists and related professional and paraprofessional staff in the performance of therapeutic and managerial roles and casework

Requirements:

1. Masters/ M.Phil Degree in Psychology
2. 2+ years of experience as a Counselling Psychologist having worked with adults
3. Minimum 3 Indian Languages preferred
4. Excellent multitasking skills
5. Good time-management skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Great leadership skills
8. Passionate about working in the mental health space
