Key responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to attract and hire top-notch candidates.
2. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
3. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
5. Conduct reference checks and coordinate background verifications for selected candidates.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
7. Assist with employer branding initiatives, such as organizing recruitment events and participating in career fairs.
