Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates, using various platforms and networking techniques
2. Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for various positions
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
4. Utilize MS Office tools, especially MS Excel, to maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
5. Coordinate interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
6. Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of recruitment activities and candidate profiles
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, for data entry and analysis.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and documentation
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
