Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Recruiter at Navratan Gemstones.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
2. Coordinating hiring processes, and building strong talent pipelines
3. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a positive candidate experience

Qualifications:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
2. Interviewing and Screening skills
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
5. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
6. Knowledge of hiring practices
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
8. Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus
