1. Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process
2. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria
3. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization
4. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes
5. Screen applications and select qualified candidates
6. Schedule interviews; oversee the preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials
7. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders
8. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, joining dates, and other pertinent details
9. Perform other duties as assigned
Required skills/abilities:
1. Experience 3-5 yrs. in all phases of recruitment
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
4. Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles
5. Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
6. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
7. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
8. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems
9. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
10. Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required
11. Must have experience in Naukri, LinkedIn, or other job portal sites
