3. Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
4. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates against the client's job requirements and cultural fit criteria.
5. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process.
6. Provide necessary support and guidance to candidates to prepare them for interviews and assessments.
7. Facilitate communication between the client and selected candidates regarding offers, compensation negotiations, and contract terms.
8. Ensure timely and accurate documentation of offer acceptance and onboarding procedures.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview outcomes, and recruitment metrics using relevant systems or tools.
10. Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, candidate pipelines, and key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
11. Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
12. Collaborate with the client to implement continuous improvements and best practices in recruitment processes and strategies.
13. Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, as well as client-specific policies and procedures, throughout the recruitment process.
14. Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in all interactions with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders.
15. Solicit feedback from candidates, hiring managers, and clients to identify areas of strength and areas for improvement in the recruitment process.
16. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize recruitment strategies, streamline processes, and enhance overall service delivery.
